INT and EXT - INT in a script means inside and EXT means outside.
Size twelve font, courier new
When writing the location, keep it short
Always write day or night
When writing were the scene is always in caps lock
After writing a slug line do a brief teaser (go into more depth of location and whats happening)
When a character is introdudced for the first time put their name in bold
When you want a character to start speaking move two spaces down and 2.2 inches in from margin
Dialougue is one inch from the left margine
At certaing times its appropriate to capitalise actions
If you want a certain action for a certain character put it in bracets directly underneath the name, this can also be used to indicate who they are speaking to
Remember at the end of the scene, write a new slug line
